Job Description:

The Dynatrace Consultant will work on application observability in Hybrid Cloud environments, including SaaS and OnPremise solutions, configuring monitoring, security validation, and anomaly detection. This role emphasizes technical leadership and collaboration with business and IT teams to ensure optimal digital performance.

Job Responsibility:

Enable observability of applications
configure monitoring tools
frame observability objectives with customer business and IT teams
act as in charge of technical solutions
perform monitoring and metrics analysis
handle security and change processes
assist with Root Cause Analysis
utilize DQL queries
integrate APIs
work in collaboration with Cloud platforms and network systems.

Requirements:

Enable observability of applications in Hybrid Cloud
configure application monitoring, anomaly and alert profiles, synthetic monitoring, log monitoring
understand transaction processing, multi-tier application development, web infrastructure
define and lead corrective actions for application issues
understand security issues, customer processes
support Root Cause Analysis identification
work in a 24/7 environment
understand DQL queries
familiarity with API and integration
experience with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
proficiency in scripting languages (Linux/PowerShell/Python)
knowledge of standard network protocols/routing equipment
familiarity with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
knowledge of industrialization tools (Ansible)
understanding of DevOps framework
excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
