The Dynamics CRM Support Engineer will provide expert-level support for Dynamics CRM applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage data integrity. Job Responsibility:
Provide expert-level support for Dynamics CRM applications across different versions
Troubleshoot complex issues related to CRM configurations, integrations, workflows, and data flows
Perform in-depth analysis and resolution of performance bottlenecks, system errors, and integration issues
Oversee integration between Dynamics CRM and other business systems (ERP, marketing automation, third-party applications) via tools such as KingswaySoft, Scribe, or custom APIs
Manage data migration and data integrity, ensuring seamless data flow between CRM and other systems
Monitor and manage data quality, ensuring data consistency and accuracy in Dynamics CRM
Lead the resolution of high-priority incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of issues
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent future occurrences
Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability
Manage system upgrades, patching, and version updates, ensuring compatibility with existing customizations and integrations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
3-5 years of experience in a similar position
Strong technical skills in Dynamics CRM and troubleshooting
Good understanding on customizations, such as custom entities, forms, workflows, and business rules
