Job Description:

We are looking for a D365 ERP SCM Training Lead to support the development and standardization of functional expertise within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management practice. This role combines hands-on functional consulting with responsibility for designing, delivering, and maintaining structured training and mentoring programs for junior consultants.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and support implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 SCM functional solutions
  • Configure and support core SCM modules: Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Distribution, Warehouse Management (WMS), Master Planning / Planning Optimization, Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Support integrations with Finance, Manufacturing, and third-party systems
  • Participate in data migration, UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and Business Stakeholders
  • Design and deliver training programs for junior consultants with no prior D365 SCM experience
  • Explain supply chain concepts (procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing) in a clear and practical way
  • Conduct structured training sessions, hands-on workshops in D365 sandboxes, and end-to-end business process walkthroughs
  • Prepare and maintain training materials and internal knowledge base, step-by-step configuration guides, practice cases and UAT scenarios
  • Mentor juniors during their first configuration tasks, shadowing on live projects, support and issue resolution phases
  • Track learning progress and provide structured feedback

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Proven experience training or mentoring junior consultants from scratch
  • Ability to translate complex SCM processes into understandable learning materials
  • Hands-on experience with business process mapping, functional design documentation (FDD), UAT and go-live support
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Manufacturing or Advanced Warehouse Management
  • Experience building internal SCM academies or onboarding programs
  • D365 SCM certifications
  • Experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing industries
