Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design, development, and support of complex data analytics and data visualization solutions for high-visibility projects
  • Build dynamic web-based dashboards and visualization products that enable business insights and informed decisions
  • Ensure consistent reporting standards, metrics, and data alignment across business units and geographies
  • Work across a wide range of BI and data technologies, including SAP BW/HANA, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, and Alteryx
  • Develop robust data pipelines and integrate them with business process and planning systems such as PaPM, Vendavo, and Hyperion EPM
  • Apply strong SQL proficiency and advanced analytics techniques to handle large datasets
  • Leverage cross-functional business knowledge in Finance, Distribution, and Master Data Management
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in Financial Reporting, Profitability Analysis, and SAP FICO, with emphasis on COPA Reporting
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business negotiations and strategic decisions
  • Transform raw data into meaningful insights, enabling informed business strategies and operational improvements
  • Develop the data visualization components for proposals and new projects
  • Contribute to project strategy, architecture planning, resource estimation, and implementation roadmaps
  • Create detailed business cases covering processes, architectures, and technologies
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to share analytical insights and align on data-driven initiatives
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to team members in areas such as data analysis and dashboard development
  • Facilitate the transformation of data into usable information to support enterprise-level decision-making
  • Define data and reporting requirements for management reports, financial statements, forecasts, and business plans
  • Support third-party reporting needs and coordinate with Finance regarding vendor-related reporting issues
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions
  • Apply comprehensive subject matter expertise to perform varied analytical tasks and optimize existing processes
  • Utilize data to evaluate and enhance organizational programs, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen business performance

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics and data visualization
  • Lead the design, development, and support of complex analytics and visualization solutions
  • Build web-based dashboards to support business insights and decision-making
  • Ensure consistent reporting, metrics, and data standards across teams
  • Work with SAP BW/HANA, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Power BI, and Alteryx

  • Knowledgeable in Wholesale/retail experience
  • Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Profitability Analysis, and SAP FICO (especially COPA)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience)
