Job Description:

Join the Sheraton family and deliver meaningful guest experiences as a Duty Manager. Responsibilities include guest check-ins, resolving payments, supervising staff, and ensuring outstanding service. Be part of a global team that values culture, talent, and experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Assist staff with expediting problem payments
follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues
process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and activating room keys
process all payment types
anticipate sold-out situations and obtain alternative accommodations when required
coordinate with housekeeping to track room readiness
assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees
report accidents and unsafe work conditions
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
