Job Description:

This is a full-time/year-round position (40 hours/week). This position is the lead operations assistant to the Public Works Director and is responsible for managing and directing the day-to-day operations of the Department, and the assigned activities of its personnel.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate with eight years’ experience in public works construction or related field, at least three years of which were in a supervisory position

  • Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license
  • OSHA 10

Nice to have:

  • Municipal experience in Massachusetts
  • CDL
  • hoisting license
  • similar public works specific licensures
