Job Description:

Guest Arrival Experts create memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, ensuring professionalism, safety, and adherence to quality standards. Tasks include addressing guest requests, handling luggage, and providing local area insights.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share the highlights of the local area
move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects over 75 pounds with assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
