Job Responsibility:
Monitor, prioritize, and process incoming mortgage loan document packages with high accuracy
Manage multiple shared mailboxes and stay on top of various client procedures and service level agreements
Identify data or document discrepancies and elevate them to clients or management to prevent transactional delays
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and support the team by providing precise responses based on client requirements
Assist with scanning and processing physical mail as required
Take ownership of files by recognizing trends and identifying areas for process enhancement to improve the customer experience
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of admin and customer service-related experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and the ability to quickly learn internal software systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on high-quality service
Thorough and accurate in a fast-paced environment
able to maintain focus while producing high-volume work
Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information
