Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor, prioritize, and process incoming mortgage loan document packages with high accuracy
  • Manage multiple shared mailboxes and stay on top of various client procedures and service level agreements
  • Identify data or document discrepancies and elevate them to clients or management to prevent transactional delays
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and support the team by providing precise responses based on client requirements
  • Assist with scanning and processing physical mail as required
  • Take ownership of files by recognizing trends and identifying areas for process enhancement to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of admin and customer service-related experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and the ability to quickly learn internal software systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on high-quality service
  • Thorough and accurate in a fast-paced environment
  • able to maintain focus while producing high-volume work
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information
