Job Description:

By joining this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy and security of all documentation related to the photovoltaic park project. This includes technical drawings, contracts, permits, operational manuals, and compliance documents. The role ensures that all records are up to date, easily accessible, and comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Establish and maintain structured filing systems (electronic & physical)
Ensure document accuracy, version control, and compliance with regulations
Act as the central point of contact for document-related inquiries
Distribute and track documents while ensuring confidentiality
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to update documentation
Utilize Document Management Systems (DMS) and ensure data security
Generate reports on document status, compliance, and project milestones

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Document Controller, ideally in the renewable energy, construction, or engineering sector
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency in document management software & MS Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
