Job Description:

We are looking for highly organized and data driven Document Control Specialist to join our teams nationwide! You will be a key member of the project execution team responsible for ensuring project document control standards are met and upheld.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review documentation for errors and incomplete information
  • File documentation both hard copy and electronically
  • File, audit, track and maintain incoming and outgoing document tracking system of confidential and non-confidential construction documents according to established procedures and standards for security and document organization
  • Maintain digital and paper-based documentation
  • Assist construction management and engineering personnel in preparation, revision, routing and distribution of quality documentation and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong inter-department coordination and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Word, and knowledge of PDF markup tools
  • must have strong working knowing of Excel and database management
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within document control or construction document control field
  • Familiar with security of documentation or understanding of information security guidelines
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to work through issues w/o supervision
