District Manager Benelux

The District Manager leads G-STAR fullprice stores in the Benelux region to meet or exceed agreed retail sales, sell-through, profit and other KPI targets, maximizing the business for G-STAR. You drive a sales and service culture to optimize the customer shopping-, brand experience and store performance. The focus of the District Manager is to build and sustain a workplace staffed with engaged, high performing Store Managers / teams who create a distinct customer experience representing the G-STAR DNA. You will lead, guide, coach, and support your direct reports, while collaborating closely with relevant departments at headquarters. This role requires a willingness to travel frequently, as travel to our stores is a significant part of the job.
