Job Responsibility:
Be part of the High Net Worth & Corporate Insurance Distribution team by providing distribution support and project management for the Commercial Banking channel on insurance related matters
Play a critical role in planning, directing, and executing strategic projects and sales support functions to enhance Commercial Insurance Distribution, ensuring alignment with HSBC’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and delivering value to clients
Drive new business development by supporting new initiatives through effective project management and strategic implementation
Lead and oversee strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the timely achievement of objectives
Offer innovative recommendations and support the execution of projects addressing compliance or risk-related challenges
Leverage strong project management skills and business acumen to collaborate across teams and deliver effective, sustainable solutions
Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring effective communication and alignment with shared objectives
Facilitate compliance and regulatory training while driving frontline engagement initiatives
Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment to enhance team performance and encourage knowledge sharing
Address Risk and Compliance issues proactively, ensuring strict adherence to HSBC’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Ensure the accurate and timely submission of operational and control reports, maintaining transparency and accountability in all processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable with extensive experience on life insurance and general insurance
Detailed knowledge and experience in new business development and support initiatives through effective project management and strategic implementation
To adopt an agile and flexible approach to work and an outstanding level of professionalism and conduct
Strategic thinking and strong customer centricity, analytical and innovation mind set
