The role involves managing a mixed caseload, including Commercial Debt Recovery, Construction Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Contractual Disputes, and Contentious Probate/Inheritance Act Claims. Job Responsibility:

Manage a mixed caseload
handle Commercial Debt Recovery
manage Construction Litigation
oversee Commercial Litigation
handle Contractual Disputes
manage Contentious Probate/Inheritance Act Claims.

Requirements:

Experience in an excellent legal team
ability to independently handle files to conclusion
motivated and driven
good understanding of Civil Procedure Rules
knowledge of County Court claims
knowledge of High Court claims and cost budgeting
conscientiousness
willingness to learn
attention to detail
care for clients.
