Job Responsibility:
Receive and respond to requests for service via phone, email, or internal systems
Filing and processing orders
Communicate with field staff and clients to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Maintain detailed logs of calls, customer information, and dispatch activities
Resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters as needed
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Prior experience working in a team environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy work setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
