Dispatch Lead

• Oversee Dispatch Operations: Lead day-to-day scheduling and dispatching activities for service and maintenance teams
• Utilize ServiceTitan: Manage schedules, update job statuses, assign technicians, and ensure accurate documentation within the system
• Monitor Workflow: Track job progress and technician availability to optimize routes, reduce downtime, and meet response time goals
• Customer Coordination: Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve scheduling issues promptly
• Team Leadership: Train, coach, and support dispatch staff to ensure consistent service standards and system accuracy
• Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and field teams to align dispatching with company priorities and performance targets
• Reporting: Generate and analyze dispatch metrics and ServiceTitan reports to identify trends and process improvements
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work orders are entered accurately, with correct job types, customer information, and technician notes

• Minimum 2+ years of dispatching experience, with at least 1 year using ServiceTitan in a lead or advanced role
• Strong understanding of dispatching principles in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar service industry
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
