Job Description:

The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and storeroom areas, properly cleaning wares, and following safety and security protocols.

Job Responsibility:

Operate and maintain dishwashing tools and equipment
ensure cleanliness of all wares and equipment
handle deliveries and stock rotation
dispose of waste correctly and follow recycling procedures
maintain general cleanliness of assigned areas
follow company policies and safety standards
assist the team in meeting quality expectations.

Requirements:

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwasher, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor
wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals to clean dishes
move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
perform tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
follow company safety and security protocols
complete safety training and certifications.
