Job Description:

Empower people with disabilities to live the life they choose. Working across home, community, and supported accommodation settings, providing tailored support that promotes independence, inclusion, and personal growth.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering high-quality support services to customers with disabilities
Assisting clients in daily living activities (personal care, mobility, skill development)
Promoting community integration
Supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities
Collaborating with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans
Encouraging independence and empowering clients to achieve personal goals
Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities

Requirements:

Passionate about human rights
Empathy
Strong communication skills
Collaborative mindset
Meet regulatory requirements
Right to work in Australia

Nice to have:

Lived experience with disability
Experience in disability support
Regional/remote location experience
