Job Description:

Strategic leader responsible for establishing and maintaining operational discipline, governance frameworks, and project execution excellence across the organization. Reports to the Vice President, Operations Support, Platform Innovation & PMO and oversees the enterprise project management office, ensuring all strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and cross-functional programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with corporate objectives. Also leads the development and enforcement of governance standards, operational policies, and performance reporting to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all operational domains.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and implement the company’s operational governance framework, including decision rights, performance standards, and reporting structures
  • Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and control mechanisms to ensure operational compliance, consistency, and efficiency
  • Partner with executive leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives and allocate resources effectively across business units
  • Lead regular operational review cycles and governance forums to ensure alignment with corporate goals and risk management protocols
  • Build and lead a high-performing PMO responsible for planning, executing, and delivering enterprise-wide projects and transformation programs
  • Develop standardized project management methodologies, templates, and tools based on best practices (e.g., PMI, Agile, or hybrid frameworks)
  • Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable value
  • Monitor project health, budgets, timelines, and risks, providing executive-level reporting and escalation management
  • Coach and mentor project managers to strengthen execution capabilities and foster a culture of accountability and delivery excellence
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, and other functional leaders to drive process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure governance effectiveness, project success, and operational performance
  • Identify operational risks and lead mitigation planning in partnership with business stakeholders
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Act as a central point of contact for executive leadership on program and governance matters
  • Deliver clear, concise updates on portfolio progress, dependencies, and business impact to senior stakeholders
  • Promote cross-functional alignment and collaboration to ensure successful project execution and sustainable change adoption

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Operations, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of program or project leadership experience
  • 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry supporting business operations
  • Proven experience leading operational governance and strategic program offices
  • Expertise in communication, change management, and staff development
  • Strong project and program management abilities, including building methodologies and tools
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex data and drive strategic outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and synthesize business needs into actionable strategies
  • High emotional intelligence, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

  • Shape and Drive an Innovative Marketing Operations Strategy: Collaborate deeply with Marketing and SDR leadership to define and execute a roadmap that leverages ABX principles and AI-powered capabilities, continually seeking new ways to innovate, automate, and improve processes for demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Advance Technology, Data, and AI Integration: Lead the thoughtful selection, integration, and optimization of marketing automation, CRM, ABX platforms (including 6Sense), analytics, and prospect engagement tools. Champion adoption of agentic and co-pilot AI workflows to unlock greater efficiencies, lower acquisition costs, and foster smarter decision-making
  • Operationalize Data-Driven and AI-Enhanced Insights: Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPI inspection cadences (including Pipeline Council), utilizing AI-driven analytics to measure, predict, and improve campaign performance—especially ABX and demand gen programs. Deliver actionable recommendations that drive continuous optimization and innovation
  • Elevate Lead Management with Intelligent Automation: Build and refine automated workflows for lead capture, scoring, nurturing, enrichment, and routing. Ensure ABX-qualified accounts and leads are prioritized efficiently, using AI solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and conversion
  • Champion Data Quality, Governance, and Scalable Systems: Design unified, automated standards and processes across marketing systems, proactively leveraging AI for data enrichment, cleansing, and predictive modeling to support both broad-based and targeted ABX outreach
  • Strengthen Cross-Functional and AI-Enabled Alignment: Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to align operations and technology with go-to-market and customer engagement strategies, incorporating intelligent automation and data-driven insights to maximize impact and scalability
  • Standardize, Document, and Scale Best Practices: Continuously evolve workflows and operational standards to ensure the marketing and demand generation teams scale with efficiency and agility as ABX and AI initiatives expand
