Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the spa, pool, and beach operations, including the development and coordination of wellness and recreation programs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial and operational goals.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and supervising all spa, pool, and beach areas, including maintenance, cleanliness, and cabana operations
coordinating the delivery of spa services, such as skin care, massage, and fitness
scheduling events, programs, and activities
managing outside vendors including water sports and scuba
ensuring exceptional customer service
monitoring guest feedback and enhancing service quality
managing spa and recreation sales, marketing, and revenue strategy
supervising employees and conducting HR activities.

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Recreation/Health Club operations, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
4 years’ experience in the spa, guest services, front desk, sales and marketing, or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
3 years’ experience in the spa, recreation/health club, guest services, front desk, sales and marketing.

Nice to have:

Experience managing outside vendors including water sports and scuba
ability to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive wellness programs.
