Job Description:

Responsible for achieving/exceeding Room Revenue budget in the assigned China market of all aspects and functions of the MICE, Leisure and the Business Travel segment in accordance with hotel standards. Work closely with Public Relations and Marketing Communication to develop and create increased awareness in the Chinese market with a comprehensive marketing plan. Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Achieving/exceeding Room Revenue budget in the assigned China market
Leading and managing all day-to-day activities related to the sales function
Building long-term, value-based customer relationships
Achieving personal booking goals
Recommending booking goals for direct reports
Supporting the development and execution of sales strategies
Maximizing revenue
Managing sales activities
Analyzing and reporting on sales and financial data
Ensuring exceptional customer service
Building successful relationships
Managing and conducting human resource activities

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
