Kiddom is growing rapidly — and our Talent team is at the heart of that growth. We’re seeking an experienced People & Programs Partner to help build and scale our people programs, and support our leaders as we continue to expand. You’ll be instrumental in creating an environment where employees can thrive, feel supported, and do their best work. Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support: Build strong and trusted relationships with leaders across the business
  • Advise on org design, organizational development, change management, and workforce planning
  • Coach managers on performance, development, compensation, hiring strategy, and difficult conversations
  • Partner cross-functionally to align business strategy with people strategy
  • People Programs & Employee Experience: Design and implement people programs that enhance engagement and enable strong performance
  • Use data to uncover insights, identify trends, and inform people decisions
  • Support employee growth paths and help shape L&D initiatives
  • Work closely with Recruiting and the broader Talent team to execute organizational priorities
  • Ownership & Execution: Own initiatives end-to-end, driving execution with speed and intention
