Job Description:

Director of Marketing position at The Ritz-Carlton Doha, responsible for developing and implementing all marketing strategies to achieve property's revenue objectives. Leads a team of marketing professionals and partners with sales and revenue management to develop overarching strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute hotel marketing strategy
Oversee all marketing initiatives and collateral production
Manage digital marketing plan and social media presence
Develop Public Relations strategy
Lead and manage marketing team
Partner with Sales and Revenue Management teams
Monitor and analyze marketing performance reports

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Sales, or related major
2 years' experience in Hospitality Sales, Spa Sales or a comparable professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related major
1 year experience in Hospitality Sales, Spa Sales or a comparable professional area
Experience developing marketing strategies and plans
Experience in digital marketing and OTA strategy
Public Relations strategy development
Team management experience

Nice to have:

Experience in luxury hospitality industry
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
