Job Description:

Director of Engineering at The Sira a Luxury Collection Resort and Spa Lombok is responsible for managing engineering operations, budgets, compliance, profitability, and human resources activities to maintain high property standards, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Provides a high level of property maintenance knowledge
maintains the building, grounds and physical plant with emphasis on safety, security and asset protection
manages the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation
develops and implements strategies to meet or exceed guest and employee expectations while maximizing financial performance
ensures compliance with state, local and federal regulations
manages property policies consistently
leads the emergency response team for all facility issues

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
6 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area
technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing
2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major
4 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area
technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing
