We're seeking a Director of Design to lead design across this space, driving high-impact work that defines the future of crypto at Robinhood. This is a senior leadership role with broad influence across product, strategy, and execution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, scale, and structure the crypto product design team, spanning both product and content design
  • Drive a high bar for design craft and user experience across all crypto initiatives
  • Partner closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders to shape strategy and execution
  • Define and communicate a clear design vision that aligns with broader company goals
  • Stay closely connected to the day-to-day of design execution while empowering the team to thrive
  • Attract, retain, and grow world-class design talent

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in crypto and a clear perspective on how design can shape innovative, user-centered product experiences in this space
  • Proven success in leading design at the Director level or equivalent in high-growth, product-led organizations
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence and partner at the executive level
  • A thoughtful and assertive leadership style—comfortable challenging opinions while championing the team
  • Relentless attention to detail and a passion for exceptional design craft
  • Experience growing and managing multidisciplinary design teams

  • Manage product integrations and onboarding of new crypto partners, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, Research, Engineering, and Compliance teams

  • Work closely with the product teams to understand partnership needs and how these partners can accelerate projects on our crypto roadmap
