We are seeking a strategic Director of Cards Operations to lead and optimize our credit card and consumer loan products. In this key role, you will ensure regulatory compliance, streamline operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Compliance, Risk/Fraud, Operations, and Finance—to drive innovation and efficiency.As the primary point of contact for cards, you will manage relationships with vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies while staying ahead of industry trends and regulations. Your expertise will help identify growth opportunities, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
