Job Description:

The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is hiring a Complex Director of Business Development - Luxury Travel to serve two luxury properties. The role includes targeting luxury travel accounts, managing significant revenue business, and driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Targets luxury travel accounts or segments with heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation and account saturation
Handles complex business with significant revenue potential as well as significant customer expectations
Monitors sales production of local and overseas partners and adjusts sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve planned goals
Supports brand’s Service and Relationship Strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience

Requirements:

over 8 years of relevant experience preferably in hotel industry
A team player with outgoing personalities
Passionate and service oriented
Good command of spoken Chinese and English
