Job Description:

The Regional Business Head is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Requires comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact to achieve objectives. Accountable for delivery of full range of services to one or more businesses/geographic regions.

Job Responsibility:

Develop regional projects to improve business effectiveness and performance
Coordinate projects and strategic information from Latin America to top management
Develop processes for providing ad hoc information on strategic initiatives
Engage and influence teams involved in commercial excellence projects
Provide strategic guidance throughout project execution
Develop recommendations for senior management on high-priority initiatives
Assess risk in business decisions
Drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

10+ years strategic experience
Experience working in multiple countries
Deep knowledge of middle market commercial banking space
Fundamental understanding of drivers of value and financial statements in commercial bank
Outstanding problem structuring and analytic capabilities
Significant experience working with senior and middle level managers
Experience with large interdisciplinary teams
Bachelor's/University degree
Master's degree preferred
