At Enveda, every role drives impact.As Director, ADME, you will build and lead a high-impact ADME function, working closely with Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, and Non-Clinical teams to rapidly advance discovery programs. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you’ll influence strategy, execution, and talent development across the drug discovery lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide scientific leadership on ADME–SAR, guiding medicinal chemistry to enhance druggability
  • Define and execute DMPK strategies across early discovery and lead optimization
  • Lead in vitro and in vivo ADME study design, execution, and interpretation
  • Oversee bioanalytical method development, validation, and qualification
  • Analyze, interpret, and communicate ADME/DMPK data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with Non-Clinical teams on PK/PD study design and candidate selection
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing ADME organization, including SOP and capability development
  • Ensure compliance with data integrity, safety, quality, and audit requirements
  • Direct ADME lab operations, including CAPEX/OPEX planning, resource optimization, and instrument management
  • Deliver clear project and departmental updates to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related discipline
  • 15+ years of post-PhD experience in ADME/DMPK within drug discovery or development
  • Proven experience setting up and leading ADME functions
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, safety, and audit requirements
  • A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring, building teams, and working cross-functionally
