• Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes, bringing fresh ideas to the table
• Support and mentor junior team members providing guidance and training to help them grow and improve their skills
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring effective communication and teamwork during service
