We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Strategist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role bridges marketing, analytics, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital channels, emerging trends, and data-driven decision-making.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels including paid media, social media, SEO, email, and web
Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and digital trends to guide strategy and optimize results
Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across digital touchpoints
Manage campaign planning, execution, and reporting for digital initiatives
Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Recommend and implement tools, platforms, and technologies that enhance digital performance
Present insights and strategy recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders
Stay current on industry trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, or media planning
Strong understanding of digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic media
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Nice to have:
Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
Basic knowledge of UX principles or website optimization
Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Blueprint
