As we grow, we are looking for a Digital Strategist to help shape our client success strategies and drive measurable results. About the Role: We are seeking a Digital Strategist with deep expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on experience with paid and organic digital channels, and the ability to guide teams in executing high-impact marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have agency experience and a passion for helping businesses grow through data-driven decision-making. This is a Full-Time remote role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Understanding client goals and ensuring digital marketing campaigns align with objectives
  • Identifying areas of improvement for each client’s marketing program
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to enhance agency products and services while staying ahead of evolving marketing trends
  • Operate independently with strong business acumen, ensuring high-quality client service and strategic execution
  • Collaborating with SEO, Paid Media Specialists and Website Development team to optimize campaign performance
  • Recommending additional services or marketing improvements to clients where applicable
  • Ensuring all campaign updates and services are properly assigned in the project management system (ClickUp)
  • Reviewing and approving monthly client reporting to assess campaign success and growth areas
  • Retain and Grow sales revenue for the agency, helping clients grow into additional agency services
  • Prepare and present client proposals for additional or increased services

Requirements:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Digital Display Advertising, and WordPress
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience working with small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
  • Strong conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX knowledge
  • Hands-on campaign management experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO)
  • Ability to track marketing performance using Google Analytics (GA4)
