Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Project Manager to oversee digital initiatives and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. This position requires strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills to navigate dynamic priorities effectively. Based in Los Angeles, California, this opportunity is a long-term contract role offering a chance to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the planning and execution of digital projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives
Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track progress and manage workflows effectively
Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and team members, fostering collaboration and transparency
Adapt to shifting priorities and ensure that competing demands are managed efficiently
Coordinate website-related projects, including development and updates, to meet business goals
Leverage Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems to organize and maintain project content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables with strategic objectives
Identify and address potential risks or challenges to ensure successful project outcomes
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital project management or a related field
Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders
Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools as required
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and dynamic workflows
Familiarity with website project management, including development and updates
Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
