Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Digital Product Leader with a strong background in communication, extensive knowledge of Intranet and digital communication channels, and hands-on expertise in digital product development. In this position, you will ensure the technology supports the needs of a large multinational organisation, building a connected and integrated channel landscape to enhance coworker experience and productivity.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and deliver a unified Intranet experience
ensure Intranet supports the business capabilities of communication, co-worker experience, culture, and learning
collaborate with communication and digital product teams to align Intranet goals
prioritize development requests and opportunities
represent the end user within the product team
shape and evolve Viva Engage as a key internal engagement channel
use insights to inform content strategies and improve communication
oversee content governance and policies
manage tactical plans and operational excellence for digital communication channels
align product vision with Digital Workplace objectives
ensure compliance, service management, and architectural excellence for digital products.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a product owner in product management
demonstrated leadership in digital product development
hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft 365
knowledge of corporate communication, Intranet, and social media
deep knowledge of digital technology, SaaS models, and licensing
experience in service management, identity and access management, and interpreting user behavior data
experience working in an Agile setup
skills in backlog management, user story writing, and prioritization techniques
strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
team player with collaboration skills
strong business acumen and strategic mindset
expertise with platforms such as Sitecore, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Viva Connections, and SharePoint analytics products.
