Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Digital Product Design Manager. You’ll drive the user experience design process, deliver user-centric solutions, and advocate for design principles.

Job Responsibility:

Drive the user experience design process from concept to final implementation, delivering best-in-class user experiences for HSBC Hong Kong’s digital products, including the mobile banking app and online banking
Produce user experience designs, including requirement visualisation, customer journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes and detailed UI designs
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of user-centric digital solutions that align with business objectives and user needs
Support design activities, including user research and ideation sessions, to create and refine user-centric digital solutions
Effectively communicate findings and design rationale to stakeholders
Advocate for user-centred design principles and best practices within the organisation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our digital experiences remain competitive and relevant

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and process
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
Profound understanding of best practices and trends regarding digital, banking, finance, and investment products
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
