Digital Pre-sales Solution Architect for HPE Greenlake working on creation of new deals with HPE's Sales and Pre-Sales teams, representing the HPE Greenlake solution

Job Responsibility:

  • Interact with sales/pursuit team to understand customer requirements and create quotes
  • Identify HPE Services solutions needed to fulfil customer business objectives
  • Work with sales to develop pricing quote and SoW for in-pursuit deals
  • Identify and contribute to projects to improve services, customer satisfaction, profitability and team efficiency
  • Technical writing to publish required documents
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Possess strong customer focus with ability to manage escalations

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of technical experience
  • Associate of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
  • Without a degree, 2-4 years of relevant technical experience
  • Demonstrates understanding of assigned discipline or technical area
