Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Payments Specialist to join our Finance team in Madrid. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our digital payment processes across multiple markets, ensuring seamless transactions for our global user base. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in the digital payments landscape, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and tech teams.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze and optimize digital payment processes to enhance efficiency and user experience
Experience Monitoring and reporting on payment performance KPIs across different markets, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts related to payment service providers (PSPs), acquirers, and other payment partners
Lead the onboarding of new payment methods and providers, coordinating with product and tech teams for seamless integration

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital payments within a merchant, PSP, or acquirer environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in measuring and analyzing payment performance KPIs across multiple markets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Very high level of English

Nice to have:

Experience with fraud prevention, detection, and dispute resolution
Familiarity with global payment regulations and compliance standards
