Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Account Manager plays a vital role in our organization, serving as a trusted partner to our clients. You’ll nurture client confidence in One Firefly’s services, build long-lasting partnerships, maintain strong, proactive communication, and ensure expectations and goals are properly aligned. Beyond this, you’ll act as the team quarterback for client accounts, effectively guiding internal teams with client feedback to deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare for, conduct, and host consistent client meetings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis discussing campaign performance and strategy
  • Provide direction for campaign editorial calendar to ensure production objectives are aligned with client expectations, goals, and schedule
  • Effectively manage client digital marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with their business objectives and goals
  • Communicate regularly with clients, even outside of calls, to keep them informed on their marketing and feeling confident in their investment
  • Respond promptly to client questions or concerns, ensuring exceptional service and proactive resolution of issues
  • Maintain low client attrition, as measured by client downgrades and churn
  • Partner with internal teams (Content Production, Project Management, Web Team, etc.) to ensure campaign deliverables meet client expectations
  • Maintain strong organizational skills, ensuring all client needs are addressed promptly and effectively through project management tools
  • Balance advocating for client goals with protecting internal team bandwidth by adhering to SLAs
  • Actively participate in a culture of learning, adapting to new processes, tools, and marketing trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • At least five years of experience managing a book of accounts in a marketing setting
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media (organic/paid), blogging, and organic/paid search
  • Knowledge of how to use and interpret data from multiple platforms is a must
  • Comfortable on frequent video conference calls throughout the week (external/internal)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in technology/consumer electronics/home automation industries is a plus
  • Experience in inside sales role is a plus
