Digital Developer

• Work with Delivery Team Manager and Account Serving Team to develop new eDM on specific platform by agreed deadline
• Adopt best practice eDM and website development practices, including source control and continuous integration
• Escalate impediments to the Digital Team Manager in a timely manner
• Maintain quality & defect logs
• Provide feedback and advice where possible to drive value
• Take on responsibility to increase team knowledge and keep up-to-date with latest technologies within relevant field
• Follow and maintain a “test-driven” development approach
• Carry out, or oversee, unit testing
• Enable continuous integration and deployment to various environments
• Build all eDM and website with measurement in mind for usage, monitoring and maintenance
• Assess and resolve development incidents
• Use available performance data to improve performance
• Continually learn latest skillsets relevant to the job scope
• Participate in assigned skill certification plan to attain related competency in Salesforce and other technologies

• Higher Diploma or Degree holders in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field with at least 1 year working experience
• Proficient in HTML5, Responsive design, CSS and other modern web frameworks
• Experience of relevant eDM and website delivery
• Experience of developing, maintaining and improving eDM and website
• Knowledge of tools including Dreamweaver
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies
• Proven ability to develop eDM and website in applicable languages
• Good communication skills with team members and business product owners desired
• Good command of spoken and written English and Traditional Chinese
• Has experience and can demonstrate most of these Core skills

Knowledge on Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, jQuery and other frontend library will be an advantage
