Job Description:

Digital Content Creator role at Secret Media Network, part of Fever, focused on creating engaging content for social media platforms and growing international communities with a focus on London.

Job Responsibility:

Bring unique ideas to improve and manage international communities in social media
Provide high quality and engaging text and visual content for social media accounts with focus on London
Drive audience growth and engagement across multiple social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
Create, evaluate and develop engaging original content including on-camera presence and voice overs
Create, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
Stay up-to-date on TikTok and Instagram rules and algorithms
Ensure marketing campaigns align with communication strategy
Maintain Secret Media Network editorial voice across platforms
Build relationships with audience, customers, industry professionals and influencers
Work with Editorial Executives and Community Managers to schedule and promote content
Complete qualitative and quantitative analysis/reporting

Requirements:

Native level of English
Deep passion for digital storytelling and understanding the social media landscape
3+ years experience running social media accounts for a newsroom, agency, or brand
Strong understanding of digital media trends
Experience with social media tools like Creators Studio, CapCut, Later and similar
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
Attention to detail
Critical-thinker and problem-solver
Ability to work in teams towards a shared goal
Flexibility and quick to pivot

Nice to have:

Canva master and pro-editor of short, engaging videos
Experience with design/editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut, etc.)
