Job Responsibility:

  • Provides direct and ongoing leadership for a large team, including managers and senior technologists designing, developing, and sustaining products, enhancements, and updates
  • Oversees the delivery of multiple ongoing projects from conception to deployment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area of study with a typically of 10+ years’ experience including 5 or more years of people management experience
  • Advanced Degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) is strongly preferred
  • Strong expertise in developing and implementing cloud solutions across various domains and industries
  • Extensive experience managing and leading large teams, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities, formulate strategies, and execute projects effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
