Job Responsibility:
Develop a deep understanding of the Unilever supply chain vision and evolving business requirements
Work together with business leaders, regional teams and translate those needs into logistics programs
Engage with multiple markets across regions to understand their Logistics strategy and operational challenges to create a digitization agenda
Drive design, development and implementation across markets for key data products
Work across various internal product teams to ensure OTIF delivery
Work with a ‘Glocal’ (Global + Local) mindset
Understand and interpret IT strategic architecture, helping ensure all projects and application support follow the principles, guidelines, and standards
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science or similar degree along with 4 to 6 years of IT experience, including implementation of Logistics products Management
Basic understanding of supply chain with in-depth knowledge of logistics area (Logistics operations & Technology)
Broad knowledge and experience with various ERP systems
Sound knowledge of transportation technical ecosystem including SAP, Track & Trace solutions, Carrier Systems etc
Broad knowledge on Logistics operations (including warehouse and transportation)
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multi-cultural teams
Ability to lead a team of vendor partners
Creative problem-solving mindset with a bias for practical solutions
Knowledge of project lifecycle and its different methodologies
Knowledge and understanding of driving change management with end users
Nice to have:
Master’s degree in management will be an add on
Technical knowledge of any Logistics planning tool will be an add on advantage
