Job Description:

ABOUT THE JOB: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software delivery. Build and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Develop and maintain observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and tracing for distributed systems. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of microservices-based systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system resilience, automation, and operational best practices. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement. Apply SRE and platform engineering principles to improve system reliability and developer experience. Contribute to infrastructure-as-code, automation, and operational documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on DevOps, platform engineering, observability, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
  • Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as OpenText, SolarWinds, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, or OpenTelemetry
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native design
  • Solid experience working with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure)
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile or DevOps environments
