Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, with a focus on operations, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating routine tasks and improving operational efficiency
Utilize SQL and database expertise to manage and optimize database performance and integrity
Implement and manage monitoring tools such as Grafana and Dynatrace to ensure system reliability and performance
Lead change management processes, including validation, to ensure smooth and effective implementation of IT changes
Apply agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and project delivery
Demonstrate flexibility by being willing to work outside regular hours and over weekends as needed to support business operations
Communicate effectively in both English and German to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

Operations AIMS eFlow expertise
Windows Server know-how and proficiency
Cloud knowledge, including Azure and AWS
ServiceNow proficiency
GitHub and AIMS++ know-how is a plus
Powershell and SQL/DB know-how
Grafana/Dynatrace proficiency
change management including validation
Agile methods
willingness to work outside regular hours and over weekends
fluency in English and German
