DevOps Engineer

• Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes
• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible to provision and manage scalable infrastructure
• Embed security scanning and compliance checks in development workflows using tools like Snyk or SonarQube
• Promote DevOps best practices to improve efficiency and reliability in the SDLC
• Collaborate with production support teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, minimizing downtime for critical systems
• Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve security-related issues during incidents
• Work closely with application teams to integrate DevOps practices into operational workflows
• Partner with the bank's operation resilience project team to align on security and resilience initiatives
• Coordinate with global and regional DevOps teams to maintain consistency across distributed systems
• Ensure compliance with China's regulatory requirements and global banking standards
• Implement secure coding practices and manage secrets using tools like HashiCorp Vault
• Deploy and maintain monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to track performance and security events
• Develop dashboards and alerts for proactive issue detection
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to enhance system reliability
• Collaborate with SRE teams to integrate reliability practices into automated workflows

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles
• Experience automating CI/CD pipelines and implementing security practices
• Familiarity with supporting production teams during incidents
• Expertise in Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Proficiency in Terraform or Ansible
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Snyk or SonarQube
• Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault
• Expertise in Prometheus and Grafana
• Strong skills in Python or Bash
• Proficiency with Git
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure
