DevOps Engineer; This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. Job Responsibility:
Support and maintain cloud application infrastructure and dataflow connectivity
Ensure cloud application and infrastructure security compliance
Transform legacy application for cloud native deployment
Develop and implement automation for cloud infrastructure management
Identifies issues and debug from application and infrastructure logs to help resolving errors
Develops and maintaining comprehensive monitoring facility to ensure cloud application performance and availability
Deploy cloud-based systems and applications code using continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate cloud applications' management, scaling, and deployment
Contributes towards innovation and integration of new technologies into projects
Analyzes science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to support complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or closely related quantitative discipline. Master’s desirable
Typically, 6+ years experience
Strong experience in docker build environment, Kubernetes, helm, Prometheus, Grafana and Kibana
Good understandings of AWS IAM, Lambda, Lex and Bedrock
Good Experience in Postgres SQL and MS SQL Database, Elasticsearch operations
Experience in Terraform or similar IaaS tools
Experience with GitHub, Jenkins or any other repos and CI/CD pipeline
Experience with Agentic AI workflow
Good understandings of Python, JavaScript, Shell scripts and CUDA
Understanding Go, Microsoft TypeScript and MS dotnet
Knowledge of open source software like krakend, dgraph, weaviate etc
General knowledge of fundamental web concepts including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST-based web APIs, GraphQL API, JWT and JSON best-practices
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies and work well with other team members
