Job Description:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with solid experience in cloud technologies and Infrastructure-as-Code, who also brings working knowledge of database systems. This hybrid role supports the development, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure and database services in a large-scale corporate environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ARM templates, and other DevOps tools
  • Operate within hybrid environments (on-prem & cloud) to ensure high availability and performance
  • Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and database teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
  • Monitor and manage key database systems (Microsoft SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) from a DevOps perspective – ensuring integration, availability, and basic performance tuning
  • Optimize infrastructure cost and efficiency, while maintaining compliance with security and operational standards
  • Act as escalation point for incidents related to infrastructure and DB integration
  • Support project teams in technical delivery and environment setup
  • Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong background in DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure Engineering (minimum 2–3 years)
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Public Cloud, Azure Local (Azure HCI), and Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Advanced use of Terraform and ARM templates for resource deployment and automation
  • Familiarity with at least one database technology such as Microsoft SQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra – especially from an infrastructure and integration point of view
  • Good understanding of operating systems: Windows and preferably Linux
  • Experience working in large-scale corporate/enterprise environments with complex infrastructure landscapes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
