Job Description:

The project concerns the development of an internal platform that is a workflow engine for reference data governance. The system controls the full data lifecycle in the organization, from change request submission, through impact analysis and approvals, to publication and synchronization with source systems. Your role will be to build and automate governance processes on the ServiceNow platform and integrate it with the data ecosystem to ensure data consistency and a single Source of Truth.

Job Responsibility:

  • designing and implementing automated workflows in ServiceNow (change requests, approvals, impact analysis)
  • maintaining and improving integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via APIs and Integration Hub
  • automating SLA monitoring for data availability and timeliness
  • building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow applications
  • automating metadata ingestion and supporting data lineage tracking
  • creating dashboards and reports to monitor process performance and platform health
  • enforcing data quality and governance rules within forms and workflows
  • collaborating with data architects and stakeholders to implement governance processes
  • implementing security checks and supporting DevSecOps practices

Requirements:

  • hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow (Flow Designer, scripting, integrations)
  • know how to design and automate business workflows
  • have experience working with APIs and system integrations
  • worked with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
  • have solid scripting skills (JavaScript required)
  • understand basic data integration concepts (e.g., ETL/ELT, metadata)
  • can translate business requirements into technical platform solutions

Nice to have:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA or CAD)
  • experience with CMDB / ITOM modules
  • familiarity with Data Governance tools (e.g., Collibra)
  • scripting in Python or Bash
  • experience integrating enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP)
