Automation-first mindset and hands-on in primary knowledge domain
Deep understanding of DevOps framework, tools and metrics for build, test and deployment automation – Configuration Management, scalable mode of infrastructure deployment and best practices
Able to assess the existing maturity of client in Cloud and DevOps space, perform gap analysis and provide baseline solution
Hands-on with language like Unix Shell-scripting or Power Shell
Hands-On experience on CI/CD pipeline and Proficient with tools like GitLab’s, GIT, Azure DevOps etc.
Hands-On experience with automation tools on the configuration management tool like Ansible/Puppet/
Hands-On experience with containerized deployment and orchestration using AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
Hands-On experience with infrastructure as a code tool like Terraform, CloudFormation or ARM Template etc.
Previous Application Development (Java/.Net) and System Administration experience in Linux
Strong experience with project management methodologies and frameworks (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban)

7+ years of experience in system administration (Windows and/or Linux), DevOps and/or software development and IT Operations
5+ years project experience migrating and deploying cloud-based solutions
Must demonstrate hands-on experience with Terraform or Bicep, ARM Templates and Ansible (or equivalent)
Hands-on implementation experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in Azure DevOps (VSTS/TFS), Jenkins, and/or Bamboo (or another similar tool)
