Job Description:

Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst position responsible for participation in establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with Technology team

Job Responsibility:

Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures to identify system enhancements
Consult with users and recommend programming solutions
Apply programming languages for design specifications
Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues
Conduct testing and debugging
Serve as advisor to new or lower level analysts
Identify problems and recommend solutions
Resolve technical issues
Operate with limited direct supervision
Exercise independence of judgement
Act as SME to senior stakeholders
Assess risk and drive compliance

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on application development experience
3+ years of Technical Lead experience
Experience with Java 17 or above
PL/SQL (Oracle 19c)
Spring Boot 3.0
Hibernate/JPA
Microservice
distributed application
Financial Services experience
Design skills
Experience in leading full stack software solutions
Experience in agile projects
Good knowledge in DevOps practices
CI/CD pipelines
Good verbal communication skills
Proactive working attitude
Quick learning ability
Strong ownership and responsibility
Good communication skills
Team spirit
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
