Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. In this long-term contract role, you will provide technical expertise and solutions to ensure seamless operations across desktop environments. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to troubleshooting and system support within a fast-paced, enterprise setting.

Job Responsibility:

Provide hands-on support for Microsoft Windows operating systems, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Manage and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy settings to ensure secure and efficient system operations
Deliver technical assistance for Office 365 applications, including Microsoft Exchange and Outlook
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops and workstations
Collaborate with stakeholders and peers to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
Implement change management and process improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and efficiency
Deploy and image desktop hardware, ensuring smooth integration with enterprise systems
Prioritize and address multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic work environment
Develop and apply analytical and organizational skills to streamline IT operations
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term IT objectives

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and enterprise network configurations
Proficiency in Active Directory management and Group Policy implementation
Strong experience with desktop imaging and hardware support
Familiarity with Office 365 applications, including Microsoft Exchange and Outlook
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of change management and process improvement principles is preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills to optimize IT processes
